Our trainers will help you choose a workout program best suited to your body type and fitness level, while helping you overcome mental barriers and fitness plateaus. 

Work individually or with one of our certified trainers or take advantage of our buddy program.

*All participants who have not used personal training services at the KU SRC must start with the initial package.  The fitness assessment and consultation includes a comprehensive fitness assessment, body composition testing, measurements, goal setting and a personalized exercise plan based on a participant's current fitness level and stated goals.
