All Group Excercise Classes are held in the Student Recreation Center North and South Dance Studios and are included in our membership fees.  Participants must show a valid KU or Student Recreation Center ID to be admitted to the classes.  *Group excercise space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.*

 

Welcome back Kutztown students! As you begin managing your schedules, note that you can start Group Exercises today. Group exercises are perfect for those who don’t feel comfortable working out by themselves or just want to try something new. All of our instructors are certified and know how to give you the best group experience based on your personal ability. The Group Exercise Classes include: Ab Blast, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyPump Express, CXWorx, Kickboxing, Pilates, Pound, Spinning, Spinning Express, Yoga, and Zumba.
